Christmas Cards

So today's been very productive :) We got up early this morning and Daddy wasn't feeling very well..so I had to take care of all four kids while he slept. Ohh and they were rough on me! Maddox pooped three times before 10am..Maddy decided to take her diaper off and poop in her bed. That was great :/ I picked her up and slung her on my hip and put my hand under her bum..and it felt wierd..soo I looked and she had on no diaper..just lots of poop! Yuck =P So I had to give her a bath. But then they were pretty good for me and went back to sleep. So I took the tots out to run errands while tim and the babes slept. We went to archivers and got more blank Christmas cards. And then we went to Micheals to get some white finger paint. And thennn we went to the library and worked on writing the letter A and read some books, and the kids got to play on the computer :) I bought the kids journals to practice writing thier letters in. I have done A with them before, but we are just starting at the beginning of the alphabet. Makenna normally won't even attempt to write a letter on her own..and today she was writing A's really well! I was really proud of her! Mikhail has great handwriting! He writed inside the lines of the notebook paper! I'm just suprised him being a four year old boy that he has such nice handwriting! And after that we went to pick up Chinese food for Tim.

Ken and I worked on making Christmas cards while the boys played video games. We are making handprint Santas. She really has fun doing them :) And I hope people will get a kick out of getting them in the mail as a Christmas card. Of course Mikhail wanted to do them too. But I made him take a nap before I'd let him do them..he's so wild and hyper, I didn't want to go near him with paint until he'd taken a nap. While Makenna and Mikhail were napping, Maddox woke up and we made footprint Christmas trees on some of the blank cream cards. I painted his chubby little foot green and when I would press it on the paper he would clap! It's so cute that he already seeks my approval <3 Whenever he's doing something good, I say, 'Good Baby' and he just grinns ear to ear and then does it some more. So when he saw how happy the footprints made me, he let me do like four of them. After that Maddy woke up, so I put them in the high chair. I decided to do some handprint santas with them..so I brought in the bursh and the paint...and I did Maddy first. She hated it and tried to squirm away..oh and she put it in her mouth and it was gross. But I got three prints from her. Max was so good about letting me paint his hand and press it on the paper. Every time he put his little hand flat on the paper and grinned when he did it...then he would clap his hands [and yes get paint everywhere lol] He's so ready for finger painting. I think tomorrow I'm going to put him in his high chair with some paint and paper and let him go wild! I know it will probably make a mess..but that's ok :)

ohh the babies are giving me such a hard time about going to bed. One will cry while the other sleeps and then vise versa..ughhh I just wish they would go to sleep. We'll I think I'm going to go get the Christmas books we got from the library out of the car and read to the tots for a little...maybe it will settle them down and they'll go to bed!?

Tomorrow I have a hair appt! And then wed we are getting family pics taken at flash! I still don't know what we are wearing yet...i'll have to figure that out tomorrow
