Last night I went to mom's work party with her, which was lots of fun :) I was up really late though, and I had decided last night that I wanted to take the kids to Church this morning. So this morning I got up super early and got the tots ready to go to Church with me. Tim wasn't feeling well and offered to keep the babies home..which it is bone chilling cold out side, so that was perfectly fine with me! So I took the kids through Tim Honrton's and got the breakfast...which they told me the whole way to Church I tricked them and suprised them with a treat! They are so cute :) And then we got to Chruch and saw Tim's mom..which is always great, she's a great help! I was a little worried that the kids were going to get too hyper since we haven't been in a while. But they were actually really good! I was very suprised..not that they are bad kids..but before we left the house...Ken was upset that I wasn't going to let her go to the nursery. The nursery is fine for the twins, they can't really understand much...but the tots really need to start learning. So, I told them they were going to go to the Word of Mouth class..which is for kids 4-7..Ken goes anyways. But when it was time for the kids to walk up to the alter and get their blessing before class, Mikhail was still in the bath room. So Ken walked up there by herself like a big girl. She was the first one to the alter. I just looked at her, so proud :) She's such a beautiful sweet loving little girl! She stood there so paciently [I'm sure a little scared too] and waited, and then followed the other kids out. Mikhail ended up coming out of the bathroom in time to catch her in the hallway. When they came back, they were tired I could tell...and they were starting to get a little playful, but they were still being really good kids! I held Ken and we listened. It was a really nice time for just us :) The other day Ken asked me to carry her into the house, and I couldn't...bc I had to get Maddy in. I felt really bad when she asked me that, because I don't want her to feel like she comes second to the babies or anyone else! So I made sure to hold her a lot at Church today. I'm going to have to have a talk with her and make sure she understands that I love them all the same, and sometimes I have to hold the babies a little more because they are small and don't walk like she does. But she's a sweet heart and I know she'll understand! I definately want to get more involved with the Church though. I'd like to take the tots, even if just by myself every weekend. But I know next week when Tim is feeling better, he'll want to come with us :)
Tim and I had a talk about the kids homeschooling yesterday. We decided that since his hours at work were going to be changing and getting better that I could take just the tots to the library every day for an hour or so to work on school work and to read books and just spend some 'private time' as they call it on little bill! I'm really excited about doing it! Tim said that sometimes he'll want to go with them and teach them..and that's great by me! We are going to start it tomorrow, and I think the tots will really enjoy that time. They need some time with just me...they need one on one time too..but for now this is going to help :)
Ok well my foods done...so enough blogging..you know I can go on and on about my kids...they are my fave topic!!
