Ok so I'm going to start blogging about today and then eventually get to the vacation part. I didn't blog on vaca..so we'll see how well my memory does! One of my friends on facebook told me about a phone number you could call to have your kid 'track' Santa. So we called and Mikhail and Makenna got to talk to an elf! While we were waiting for the elf to pick up Mikhail said, "I can't believe I'm really going to get to talk to Santa's elf" it was super cute! As soon as the elf picked up the phone Mikhail said, "this is Mikhail and Makenna, and we want to know where Santa is!" And the elf told us he is in a little city in Gorgia. Mikhail and Makenna were so giddy! They thanked him and told him to have a Merry Christmas! I wish I would have taped it, because it was so stinking cute! They are all snug in thier beds, waiting for the morning! I love this age. We set out milk and cookies for Santa. Unfortunately we didn't get time to make cookies for him...so we just set some out we had bought...but that's ok! We've just been so busy with the whole vacation thing. We just got back from the Christmas Eve service at my dad's Chruch. I didn't really get to sit in much because I was chasing the kids around. But that's ok..that's the age they are at. One Christmas I'll get to sit down and actually enjoy the serice lol! Earlier today Mikhail and Makenna got into thier stockings..I didn't think they would do that..so before we went on vacation I put some of thier goodies in..just so I wouldn't misplace them. Crap mommy screwed that up! I just told them Mommy put a present in there for them, but Santa would be putting in more lol. Good thing they are little and still buy that! We didn't go over board with Christmas this year. But they are at an age where I don't think they will notice. Plus my parents really did it up for them. They are really spoiled :) But that's good, they enjoy it..and they are really greatful kids too!
Well I thought I was going to blog about vacation..but I don't feel like it. Maybe tomorrow night or the night after..who knows. I'm still just so tired from driving all day yesterday
