Just the way I like it..uh huh uh huh <3

Ohh geeze! It's 1116pm and my kids are STILL awake! They normally go to bed at 730pm..I know tomorrow is going to be a rough day. Today we took Mikhail and the twins to the down town library to see the train they had set up there. They loved it, even the babies :) And then we took them to go play, Maddy was so funny. She went straight for the magnetic board and knocked all the magnets off. She was really funny..very destructive! Maddox was running all over the place. He liked the puppet show place...he liked to hide in there and play 'peak a boo' it was so cute..and I was like a little kid playing with him and cracking up! As soon as Maddy discovered it, you could hear her little high pitch laugh all across the library..she thought she was soo funny. There were bigger kids that kept building towers with blocks and Maddox LOVES to knock down towers..he thinks it's the funniest thing ever. So every time they would build it up..he would race accross the room to knock it over. I had to keep stopping him..as much as I would have just loved to let him go for it..I knew the kids would get upset. There was another little boy playing on a train table, and Max kept trying to take his train. The little boy was very nice about it..but I had to keep moving him from that too. Mikhail was playing computer games and was doing so well. Tim was just shocked how well Mikhail could use a computer...lol I wasn't! I see him get on the comp every time we go to the library..which is pretty often. He is very good at it! Tim wants to start buying him more games for the house and encouraging him to play more here. It is a really good thing for a kid so little to know.

After we went to the library, we took them to Franklin Park Conservatory to meet up with Tim's sister, her daughter, and Makenna for a magic show. I would like to say it was a good show and that I had fun watching it. But I was on "Max duty" and that boy wouldn't sit still for nothin! I had to eventually just leave my seat all together and just let him run wild..because he wasn't going to settle down at all. He did get tired a lot and lay his head down on my shoulder :) I love my little cuddle bug! During the show, they used a whip..and that really scared Maddy..Tim said she would jump out of her skin every time they cracked it. Mikhail laughed hysterically the whole time..which resulted in the girls giggling the whole time too :) It was a really fun time for them, and that's what's important. I know I'm not always going to get to see everything, and be part of everything..it's part of having a little one. I enjoyed running around with him and making him laugh, and of course the tired cuddles!

After FPC all the kids came back and went to sleep..it was like 4pm..so of course they woke up around the time they were supposed to be going to bed. We didn't get the tots to bed until like 1115. Maddy cried a lot. She was really restless. You could tell her little internal clock knew it was bed time, but she didn't want to go back to bed. She cried when she was awake, and she cried when I laid her down. Max on the other hand was ok with whatever. When he was awake, he kept crawling into my lap and watching tv with me. When I put him in his bed, he didn't make a peep, and he just accepted that it was time to go to bed. He was being a really good baby for me! Inbetween the babies being asleep, the tots and I got out our coloring books and watched scoobie doo and colored :) It was fun! Once Tim got home from working, he and Brian played a lady bug game with the kids. I was really shocked to see that Makenna knew all the numbers on the cards. I know she knows how to count, I just didn't know she recognized them all. Mikhail ended up winning, which I was happy for him yes..but he's not a good loser, and he needs a good lesson in it. It wouldn't have been bad for him to lose. But game time is always fun, and it's definately something we are going to get into more!

Well it's like 1130 now, and I know tomorrow's going to be busy. I want to take the kids back to FPC for a family thing they have with Tim's sister, and then I want to go to the zoo lights, and thennn I think we might be going back to her house for pizza and to let the kids play in the bounce house they just bought. So I know it's going to be busy busy. We are also supposed to go visit with Tim's dad and Grandma early too. So it's going to be a full day packed full of fun activities..and that's just the way I like it!
